Oracle National Security Group
Glen Dodson serves as senior vice president and general manager of the National Security Group. He is responsible for all elements of the business including technology deployment, services delivery, business development and sales. Dodson has been personally charged by Oracle’s Executive Chairman of the Board, Larry Ellison, with the responsibility of representing and advancing Oracle’s commitment to the mission of the U.S. intelligence community. He has been with Oracle Corporation since 1993.
Dodson’s intelligence community career began at the National Security Agency in 1984. As an electrical engineer at NSA, where he was engaged in the development, design and implementation of numerous communication and collection systems. Dodson also supported various military and Joint Chief of Staff contingency missions throughout the world in support of the U.S. intelligence community and Department of Defense. Following his work at the National Security Agency, Dodson joined Booz Allen & Hamilton’s Intelligence Technology Practice working in the area of signals collection and processing. After leaving Booz Allen, Dodson joined Concentric Technologies as a vice president responsible for strategic product development where he oversaw the development and market launch of a number of communications products sold into the commercial and government sectors.
Dodson received his bachelor of science in electrical engineering from West Virginia University and has completed graduate courses in management and business administration.
Dodson is affiliated with the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA), the Intelligence and National Security Alliance (INSA), the United States Geospatial Intelligence Foundation (USGIF), and the Association of Former Intelligence Officers (AFIO).
He has been a lifetime resident of the state of Maryland and currently resides in Washington, D.C.
